*Microsoft licences are charged separately as these are variable depending on the type of licence you require. All pricing plans include licences for antivirus, remote monitoring tools and backups. This does not include major infrastructure setup and maintenance such as servers and networks. Terms and Conditions apply. Move, Add, Change requests or any projects are not included under the MSA.

No, all packages can be signed up on month-to-month basis but you can negotiate lower pricing on a 1, 2, or 3 year contract.

We need to have a look at your current setup to see if any major changes are necessary to get you up to standard. We will complete an audit and give you a report on what needs to be addressed. If everything is normal onboarding is usually free.


All business as usual requests are covered under the agreement against the named users in your organisation and their devices. If you need to add or remove a user, just let us know and we will adjust the user count. Special projects or consulting are separate.
